The active ingredient in JO Refresh is cocamidopropyl betaine, a surfactant that comes from coconut oil. It is known for being gentle on skin, and aids in lifting dirt and bacteria from the surface of the toy. Benzalkonium chloride is also used in this formula, and is known as a disinfectant so you can be sure your toy will be squeaky clean no matter where it’s been.
